Reserve One HQ ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Reserve One and Reserve HQ platforms accessible at reserveonehq.com and through our mobile applications. We provide event ticketing, check-in, loyalty, and venue management services.

2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account data: email address, password (hashed), and your role (Attendee or Organizer).
- Event data (Organizers): event titles, descriptions, venue names, addresses, images, and ticket tier pricing you create on our platform.
- Purchase data (Attendees): name, contact details, and payment information processed by our payment partners (Stripe and Square). We do not store raw card numbers.
- Check-in data: QR code scans and NFC tap records associated with your tickets.
- Memory Vault and Passport: photos, videos, mood tags, ratings, and event recaps you voluntarily upload.
Information collected automatically
- Device type, operating system, and browser.
- IP address and general location (city/region).
- Pages visited and features used within the platform.
- Crash logs and performance data to improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.
- Process ticket purchases and issue digital tickets and QR codes.
- Enable event check-in via QR code and NFC tap.
- Send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, event reminders).
- Power loyalty points, Access Pass rewards, and Reserve Drops.
- Provide organizers with analytics about their events.
- Improve and develop the platform.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share data only as necessary to provide the service:
- Payment processors: Stripe and Square receive payment details to complete transactions.
- Communication providers: Twilio for SMS verification; Resend for transactional email.
- Cloud infrastructure: Railway (backend hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and CDN).
- Organizers: When you purchase a ticket, the event organizer receives your name and email to manage attendance.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use session cookies and localStorage to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) to protect against bots.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Some records (e.g., financial transactions) may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with accounting and tax regulations.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access-controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
