Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Reserve One HQ platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including event organizers ("Organizers") and event attendees ("Attendees").

Reserve One HQ provides an event management and ticketing platform that allows:

• Organizers to create events, sell tickets, manage check-in, view analytics, and engage their audience through Reserve Drops, Access Pass loyalty programs, and Memory Vault recaps.
• Attendees to discover events, purchase tickets, collect passport stamps, earn loyalty points, and claim exclusive drops.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at reserveonehq@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

Event Listings

Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information including dates, venue, ticket prices, and descriptions. You must have the legal right to sell tickets for any event you list.

Prohibited Events

You may not list events that are illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, or that promote violence. We reserve the right to remove any event at our discretion.

Fees and Payouts

Ticketing fees and payment processing fees apply to ticket sales. Payouts are processed through your connected Stripe or Square account. You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your event revenue.

Refunds

Organizers set their own refund policies. Attendees should review the refund policy before purchase. Reserve One HQ may facilitate refunds at the Organizer's direction.

Cancelled Events

If you cancel an event, you are responsible for issuing refunds to all ticket holders. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless the Organizer's refund policy states otherwise or the event is cancelled. By purchasing a ticket you agree to abide by the event's rules and the Organizer's policies.

Ticket Use

Tickets are for personal use. Reselling tickets at a price above face value ("scalping") is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the Organizer. We reserve the right to cancel tickets obtained through unauthorized means.

Check-In

Your QR code or NFC ticket is your proof of entry. Keep it secure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Loyalty points earned through the Access Pass program have no cash value and are non-transferable. Points may expire or be adjusted if your account is found to be in violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.

Reserve Drops are limited-availability offers. Claiming a Drop is subject to availability and may require payment. Drops are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel Drops at our discretion.

Payments are processed by Stripe and/or Square. By making a purchase you agree to their respective terms of service. We do not store your full payment card information. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (event images, Memory Vault photos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and store it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content

The Reserve One HQ name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, defamatory, or that violates any third party's rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Use automated bots to purchase tickets or claim Drops.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE DO NOT ENDORSE ANY EVENT LISTED ON THE PLATFORM AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ORGANIZERS OR ATTENDEES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESERVE ONE HQ AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reserve One HQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including Sections 9, 11, 12, and 13.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Louisiana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
